STAY
The present is all you ever have. There is time for planning the future, preparing a program, or course of action. When you do that, you are still engaged in the present, engaged in thinking, planning, and preparing.
Once you make those plans, you must stay grounded and focused on implementing them. Entirely focused on the task at hand, not the outcome, not the worry of perfectionism, not the hiccups or backtracks that will occur.
For all things reside in divine timing. And in the timing, sometimes you will perceive things as fast, full, busy, productive, and at other times you will perceive them as slow, cumbersome, or down-turned.
